We’re excited to introduce a new feature in Web Storage that allows you to transfer items from one character to another. This update gives you more flexibility in managing your inventory and resources across your characters. However, there are a few things you need to know before getting started. Here’s everything you need to know about the item transfer process:
How Does It Work?
Before transferring items, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Login: Login first to access Web Storage
- Item Availability: Ensure the item you want to transfer is already stored in your Web Storage.
- Web Points: Make sure you have enough Web Points to cover the transfer cost.
- Target Character: Double-check the target character, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect transfers.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1️⃣ Select Your Item:
- Choose the item(s) you want to transfer from your Web Storage. Specify the quantity (we recommend transferring full stacks for efficiency).
2️⃣ Click the Transfer Button:
- On the controller, click the "Transfer" button to proceed.
3️⃣ Review Transfer Details:
- A modal will appear showing the item(s) selected for transfer and the total cost required for the process.
4️⃣ Choose Your Target Character:
- Select the character you want to receive the transferred item(s).
5️⃣ Confirm Transfer:
- Click "Transfer" to complete the process once everything is confirmed.
6️⃣ Item Delivery:
- The transferred item(s) will appear in the Web Storage of your target character after completion.
Transfer Costs:
- The cost for transferring items is calculated as follows:
🔹 1 Item/Slot = 100 Web Points.
🔹 The maximum stack per item depends on its type (e.g., Ancient's Insignia can stack up to 30,000 units). For efficiency, we recommend transferring full stacks whenever possible.
Example: If you transfer Ancient's Insignia x30,000, it will only cost 100 Web Points since it counts as one item slot.

❓ Q: How to Get Web Points??
✅ A: Web Points are a top-up currency. You can obtain them by visiting the Top-Up Page and purchasing them directly. Use your Web Points for various in-game features, including item transfers!
❓ Q: Is there a way to transfer items for free?
✅ A: Currently, no—there is no free option available for transferring items between characters.
❓ Q: Why do I need to use Web Points instead of DNP or Cash?
✅ A: This service isn’t free, so Web Points are used as a currency for this feature. As we like to say—take it or leave it!
❓ Q: How much does it cost if I transfer Ancient's Insignia x30,000?
✅ A: It costs 100 Web Points because it counts as one item slot (even if it’s a large stack). If you exceed the max stack or transfer multiple types of items (e.g., Ancient's Insignia + High Grade Garnet), additional costs may apply.
❓ Q: What Items Cannot Be Stored in Web Storage or Transferred?
✅ A: The following items cannot be stored in Web Storage or transferred between characters:
- Rank Licenses.
- Time-Limited Items (Items with Duration).
