This guide is designed to be a compass for newbie players, providing essential explanations about the starting point of your journey in Wuthering Nest.

If you're a total newcomer to Dragon Nest, make sure to read this article carefully so you won’t get confused as you continue your adventure!

Creating your first character

After you've completed all the steps in the Wuthering Nest Basic Guide article, you're ready to start playing the game!

If you're a new player who just registered on the website, you'll be immediately directed to the Create New Character screen.

Here’s a quick explanation: In Wuthering Nest, we have 10 Base Classes, ranging from Warrior all the way to the newest class, Vandar.
So, take a moment to think carefully about which character you want to use as the starting point of your journey!

So here, it’s shown that each Base Class has its own branching class progression, following this order:
1st Job → 2nd Job → 3rd Job.

Each job comes with its own unique strengths and a role that defines how the class was designed to be played.

There are some things to keep in mind when creating your character(s):

If u wanna to use Dark Character or Spin off Class, u can create it from Normal Classes like Warrior and u can Change the Class on NPC Yoshimoto Shizuka
On Wuthering Nest u just can do Changejob, not Change class, so u just can Change your job in same Classes

Welcome to Town

As of writing, Wuthering Nest main town is Alfheim, check THIS article for more info

You will spawn behind the statue in the Main area, Next You Need to Go to the NPC [Yoshimoto Shizuka] in front of the statue

Upon arriving inside the town (or getting teleported), your first order of business is to talk to NPC [Yoshimoto Shizuka] to get your class specialization.

You can also open the Map by pressing [M]. You can teleport directly to Yoshimoto Shizuka by clicking on his map icon

Class Specialization

Wuthering Nest has a different storyline or quest system compared to the original game. As such, you won’t need to complete quests to obtain your class specialization. Instead, speaking with the NPC [Yoshimoto Shizuka] will provide you with a menu to choose your base class (the same list you see during character creation):

Remember, you can always change class between any of the classes on that list, so pick whatever you'd like to try.

First Character Benefit

Since this is your first character, we’re giving you an extra benefit for it. You’ll receive 1 Cash after registering, which you can use to purchase the Beginner Packages in the Cash Shop (F11). This can only be bought once per account, so make sure to use it for your main character

Get and Open the Beginner Box

When starting out create character, you will receive a coupon. Exchange it to obtain a Beginner Box to help kickstart your adventure for other character!

Talk to the NPC [Yoshimoto Shizuka] -> [Shop] -> [General], then look for the item [Wuthering Beginner Box] and buy it using Coupon

The contents of the box may change at any time if there’s an update

After opening all the contents of the box, use all the Beginner Equipment and Talisman/Herald/Jade provided, also dont forget to use Title

Adventure Introduction

The Wuthering Adventure System is a ranking system agreed upon by all adventurer associations in the world of Verathea. This system targets every player to fulfill a quest quota, enabling them to rank up based on the total completion of quests. By meeting the requirements for ranking up, adventurers can enjoy greater benefits as their rank increases. Below is an explanation and breakdown of the Adventure System.

This system only applies to dungeons that feature Quest Board Missions, as the requirement for ranking up is completing as many Quest Board Missions as possible. The Fission Maze is included, but adventurers must first achieve Rank D (the minimum requirement) to progress further.
